  1. No strict requirement of garbage only, the ash and slag can be reutilized comprehensively. It is easily supplemented by coal firing when some low heat value garbage is used.
  2. The penetrating liquor from landfills can be sprayed into the furnace and burned out. The related sewage treatment cost can be reduced dramatically.
  3. The stable combustion with high efficiency and large volumes of steam generated ensure a viable economical gain.
  4. The CFB with different weight bed material is a of-one-a-kind of boiler, defined as low temperature staged combustor. The higher boiler furnace and flue gas residence time (exceeding four seconds) results in less formation of NOx and increased desulphurization, Chlorine and Hydrogen chloride removal, as well as suppression of harmful element formation. All at a rather low cost. No secondary pollution occurs. The emissions accomodate the strictest of pollution standards.

The 35t/h - 75t/h Stoker boilers have the following benefits:

  1. Boiler can maintain a safe operation within load ranges of 30 – 100%.
  2. The house power consumption and maintenance of the boiler is small and the breakdown ratio is low.
  3. With an optimized resultant arch, gas turbulence is strengthened and α shape flame formed, which results in intensified combustion.
  4. The staged coal feeder is included. Good ventilation is maintained in the coal layer on the grate, which is beneficial for coal burnout and for enhancing combustion efficiency. This reduces the carbon content in ash and slag.
  5. A membrane water wall structure is adopted in the 75t/hr boiler, which results in the necessary heat absorption and high thermal efficiency.

Benefits of the Multi-Fuel Circulating Fluid Bed Boiler

  1. The CFB Boiler is designed to adapt to a great variety of fuels such as; bituminous coal, semi-antrhacite coal, anthracite coal and blended coal. Some can be fit for waste coal, wood biomass and agricultural biomassess as well.
  2. The boiler has an adjustable load range from 30% up to 110% B-MCR.
  3. While the load range is between 50% to 110% B-MCR, demands can be met for superheated steam.
  4. When operating and maininaing the CFB, according to the design, the boiler can safely operate continuously for long periods of time at full load. (Utility Scale Boiler)
  5. Adopting a CFB boiler can effectively decrease harmful emissions under the same fuel.
  6. The boiler has the ability to load follow, and can operate at low load for long periods without auxillary fuel support.
