Fluid Bed Municipal Solid Water Boiler, 55T/H 3.82 MPa

This boiler is a single drum, natural circulation, П typed arrangement and garbage (MSW) and coal mixed-fired boiler. It adopts the combustion methodology of a CFB with differentially weighted bed material and a middle ratio staged separation material returning combustion system which consists of components such as: a membrane water wall, a high temperature material cyclone collector and a LOOP – SEAL material returning device. Suitable for a semi – outdoor layout.

Rated Steam Generation: 55 t/h
Feed Water Temp.: 150°C
Flue Gas Exit Temp.: 170°C

Boiler Designed Efficiency: 80.5%

Designed Fuel:

  1. The designed fuel is a mixture of garbage and coal
  2. The composition ratio of garbage and coal is 8:2
  3. The particulate size of garbage: combustible <150mm, incombustable <30mm
  4. The particulate size of coal: 0-13mm and the coarse larger than 10mm cannot exceed 8%
  5. The ratio of primary to secondary air 5:5
  6. The heat value of designed fuel, garbage: 5820kJ/kg, coal 22558kJ/kg and ultimate mixed 9168kJ/kg
